Here’s what you’ll need for this recipe:
1 tsp sea salt
dash of red pepper flakes
dash of freshly ground black pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Lay brussels sprouts (ends cut off and cut in half) on baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, ground pepper, red pepper flakes and 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and give it a good mix.
Place the baking sheet into the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Remove and mix the brussels sprouts to make sure they are roasting evenly and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. After a total of 30 minutes cooking, remove and squeeze a whole lemon over the top, cut up the lemon and lay on top of the brussel sprouts and cook for a remaining 10 minutes before they are done.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Serve immediately.
