Black Bean Salad

Looking for a quick, healthy, EASY side dish to take to cook outs this holiday weekend??  This 5 ingredient, 5 minute Black Bean Salad is perfect!!  Ssoo good and ssooo easy, what’s not to love? Especially when you need to throw something together last minute, this black bean salad is always a good go-to for any get together or really any night of the week!  Enjoy!!

2 cans (15-oz. each) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 (15-oz.) can corn, rinsed, drained
2 medium red bell peppers , chopped
¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh lime juice

Combine beans, corn, bell peppers, and cilantro in a large bowl; mix well.
Drizzle with lime juice; toss gently to blend.
Chill, covered, in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving
